Terms of service
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms apply to the use of slotivo, a service of [to be completed] (Chamber of Commerce [to be completed], [to be completed]). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
slotivo is software that lets businesses (“the business”) take online bookings, manage their calendar and receive payments. The business's clients can book without an account.
2. Account
You are responsible for your login details and for what happens through your account.
You provide accurate details and keep them up to date.
3. Plans and payment
There is a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Business), monthly or yearly. Prices are on the pricing page and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
A trial ends automatically if you don't add a payment method.
4. Online payments from clients
Client payments go through Stripe, directly to the business. We keep a platform fee of 2% / 1% / 0.5% (Free / Pro / Business) per online payment. Stripe charges the payment method costs.
The business is the seller to its clients and responsible for its own terms, cancellation policy and refunds.
5. Money-back guarantee
If you're not happy, tell us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and you get that amount back.
6. Use
You don't use the service for unlawful purposes, spam or misleading clients.
We may suspend an account for abuse or non-payment, with a warning where reasonable.
7. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available but can't guarantee it.
Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the damage, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
8. Data
For your clients' data we are the processor and you are the controller. See the data processing agreement and our privacy policy.
9. Changes and law
We may change these terms and announce important changes in advance.
Dutch law applies.
